| Offset Materials: | Preferred method is by computer disk (IBM/PC Compatible) or e-mail using QuarkXPress, PageMaker, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop format including all graphics and fonts. If negatives are sent, they must be complete, one piece, right-reading, emulsion side down with a minimum 150 line screen. The cost of converting any other materials to these specifications will be charged to the advertisers. Offset progression is black, cyan, magenta, yellow. |
| Production Charges: | Cost of alterations or repairs to printing materials will be charged to the advertiser. |
| Storage: | Materials will be stored by the Publisher for 12 months and then destroyed. |
